What is Konnect and how is it different from Notion or Asana?
Konnect is an AI-native workspace that combines docs, tasks, pipelines, and analytics in one product — with AI deeply embedded throughout, not bolted on. Unlike Notion (docs-first) or Asana (tasks-first), Flowly's AI connects all your work and surfaces insights automatically, so you spend less time managing tools and more time shipping.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes — no credit card, no trial timer. The Free plan includes 3 workspaces, 50 AI requests per month, and 5 integrations. It's designed so small teams and solo founders can get real value without paying. Upgrade only when you need more AI power or advanced features.
Does Konnect train AI models on my data?
Never. Your data is yours. Flowly does not use your workspace content to train any AI models. All processing happens via encrypted API calls, and data is stored with AES-256 encryption at rest. Enterprise customers get additional options including private model deployments and custom data residency.
How does Konnect integrate with tools we already use?
Konnect connects natively with Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Salesforce, HubSpot, Figma, Stripe, and 5,990+ more via Zapier and our REST API. Pro and Enterprise plans get access to all integrations plus webhook support and custom API keys for deeper workflows.
Can I migrate from our existing tools?
Yes. Konnect has one-click importers for Notion, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Trello, and Google Docs. Most migrations take under 10 minutes. Enterprise customers get a dedicated migration specialist and white-glove onboarding to ensure zero data loss and a smooth team rollout.
What AI models does Flowly use?
Konnect uses GPT-4o for writing and document tasks, Claude for analysis and long-context reasoning, and our own fine-tuned models for workflow automation and task prioritisation. You can also bring your own API key on the Enterprise plan for full control over which models power your workspace.
